They also mentioned that they considered the best team out of those listed in their top 5 (Jankovich was #3), but that might be because "Jankovich wasn't really new" to SMU.

Dixon pressing till the bitter end was so bush league and showed his coaching quirks that annoyed Pitt fans.

I wouldn't say its bush league. You want your team to fight to the very end, not matter the score. He is changing their culture. It's different if he was pressing when they were up by 20 with a minute left.

Do you want your team to give up when they think a game is lost?
