Re: Harry Froling transferring
Hey I was optimistic about this team-but this is a death-knell for our Tournament chances. Teams will take the ball inside on us at will

This year: I think you'll see Sterling and/or Jarrey defending the "4" because we cant have Ben and Semi on the floor 40 minutes each night. God help us when the bigs get in foul trouble
Next year: grad transfer or JUCO big is a necessity
100% need another big that not a freshman. I think we will see "Froling's Minutes" go to a 4 guard-1 big lineup as you said with Sterling or Jarrey at 4 on D. So 14-16 minutes a game to 4 guard offense. Teams are really going to attack us to try to get us into foul trouble.

According to the fox guy in Australia Harry aspires to a high major or professional ball. Glad he tested the waters with us and showed his high ceiling. Well, if the ceiling is under 8 feet he can maybe jump up and touch it.
Re: Harry Froling transferring
I don't want to dog pile on HF. I had high hopes for him but he was/is incredibly soft, out of shape and slow. I wanted to see him once go up for a strong rebound or power dunk with his huge frame. But he can't (or at least never did). I know we needed his size but seriously, did he ever alter any shots or keep people from challenging him. Maybe on a team with bigs he can play the 4, but not in his current condition and his lack of foot speed.
I wish him well and wish he would've stayed and grown with the team.

truth. SMU BB was fun while it lasted.

Funny how most of you are lamenting not having Nic Moore around, yet you blast the guy that recruited him and got him to sign with Illinois State and then follow him to SMU.

Just be careful not to trash him too much! His sister is still the star of the women's team for us!
