i was at all three of those games also. Perhaps i should stay home next time. Pretty sure i didn't alter any outcomes, however.
And yes - i am ready to see all the loyal SMU fans get some fun results. There are many more of us than you might think given our limited success - and we have all earned some fun. May it get here soon.
Small but loyal and very feisty. Just like Peruna.

I put the loss squarely on the shoulders of the folks who were bragging that they had already bought tickets to NYC...

mrydel started the SMU jinx when he decided to take a train to see No. 1, undefeated SMU lose a heartbreaker against Stanford in the Rose Bowl

Had no choice but to go with the great Senior Citizens discount offered.

Was only my second basketball game this year -was very excited being in that atmosphere at BOK. I look forward as the momentum continues to build - recruiting, fan base, and respect. Must give a heartfelt thanks to all those that set us on this journey and continue the progress - the financial backers, coaches, fans, and of course players!!

Thanks
ditto...and thanks to all of those who supported the team in Tulsa
Re: For those fans that were @ Tulsa...
I was at the BOK sitting on the front row behind the cheerleaders waiving a big PONY flag the whole game. Frickin' camera was angled in a way that those behind the basket were hardly ever shown. I saw multiple flags, lots of blue and red, and we were LOUD! As fans, we showed up quite well and did our part. And by that, I'm not suggesting the team didn't do theirs. Of course they did. That's just the way the ball bounces sometimes.

Ugh though that was sickening to watch though. I might have to make a new rule: win the first tourney game and I'll be at the 2nd.

I don't suggest it. That was my plan this year - though out of necessity - and it killed me inside not to be there, even for the loss.
