Sterling played 9 minutes against OKC last night and had 2 points, 2 boards and 2 assists

Semi had 11 points tonight as Boston won again. He is starting to get more minutes and they are now in first place in the east.

Semi is becoming the D & 3 guy for the Celtics. In 22 minutes, he was 3-6 (all threes) and 2-2 on his FTs. Doing well, for sure.

Semi plays 14 minutes in Boston's win against OKC last night. Hits his only shot (a three pointer of course) and adds one rebound and one steal.

More importantly, he played almost the entire 4th quarter and guarded carmello, who didn't even attempt a shot while Semi was in the game. Semi matched up with George a couple of times and got picked on a drive, but the other defender didn't provide any help when George went to the basket.

Very good defensive performance.

Offensively, he was positioned in the corner and had space. Good movement... there were some times he maybe made the wrong cut, but for the most part he understood positioning and how to ensure space was available in the lane for Irving to drive. He made the only three he took, but was open on several other occasions and didn't get the ball. As his teammates gain confidence, he will get a lot of good looks. I think he was inserted in the game as much to provide space and allow Irving to dominate the ball on the offensive end as it was for his good defense.

Needs to be more aggressive with rebounding, but that will all come with more confidence. Very timid out there.

Semi has his role with the Celtics pretty well locked in right now. Another 16 minutes against the Hawks during which he hits 2-3 three pointers for 6 points and adds 2 boards in a 110-107 win
