I have to say crowd look 90% full. Students aren’t what they use to be but good number of them stayed loud when we were on defense and try to get a SMU chant on offense. Actually being there, it was a lot better than the crowds i witness since USC.

Fuller than usual. Maybe 80% total. Rafters had lots of empties but also had people up there. It was harder to move to an open seat this time. All boxes looked full except the one to the left of the cameras that was empty. Given that this was Tulane at 5:00 on Saturday, the big games will be sufficiently rocking.

No way the frats/srats will work around a game for rush when my daughter's srat gave her a hard time for missing a few hours of rush PREP to perform. Speaking of spectators, I have yet to see her perform at a basketball game but this year I can come to the Cincinnati game. What's the best way to get a single ticket in section 212?

It's a choice to see a 85-90 percent full Moody and be upset it's not ear splitting loud like the Louisville game.

Watched on TV. Announcers mentioned more than once that Moody was crazy environment for visitors and helped the team last night. I assumed the crowd was average or better in terms of showing up and being loud.

Again, the crowd was good, if not very good yesterday. This thread is puzzling, but isn’t Alex Lifeson known for starting attendance threads?

shocked by this thread. Thought it was our best crowd of the year besides USC. Saw a replay and it sounded very muffled on TV

Crowd affect was not evident on TV. Crowd seemed subdued, lethargic and not very involved. Little enthusiasm in the few SMU chants with few participants and only the Mustang Band seemed to break the silence.

Something was wrong with the tv sound

Correct. The announcers mics were apparently having problems. I kept turning up the volume and the sound did not get louder. When I would switch to check another game I was blasted out of the room.

I can assure you in person there were 4-5 instances of Moody Magic crowd noise, pumping up the crowd, especially after the 3rd Whitt steal in a row. TV did not do it justice. For a Tulane game in January, it was damnn ok.
