I would improve the fan experience by getting rid of Peruna and replacing him with June JonesΓÇÖ horses. I would plant pineapple treers in the South Endzone, and require all students entering or exiting the stadium to pass a breathalyzer.
Do unto others before they do unto you!!

How high would they have to register on the breathalyzer to be admitted?

Re: How would you upgrade Ford?
We need to seriously try and figure how best to get rid of 10,000 seats. If it's like someone else suggested by taking out the north endzone and placing decks with bars and other creative ways...so be it..however we do it we need to do it with class and not just cover endzone seats with canvas SMU logos.
Lets be honest with ourselves, we have a small stadium and we still have abysmal attendance....why not shrink Ford by 10,000 seats and create a great intimate feel that would make a huge difference in making Ford appear full to players and recruits?
An SMU football ticket would have new significance because it would be more valuable being a ticket into a full stadium.
For the "once a year big out of conference games" maybe have temporary bleachers for the grassy knoll, but why have a stadium that is about half-full for most games just so we have more seats for Aggies fans, Baylor fans, and Red Raider fans when they visit every so often?
Yeah yeah we'll hear all the dream talk of we need a big stadium when SMU joins the Big 12. How's that dream worked out for ya? We need less delusion of grandeur and more realism of where we are. People, friends, and family know exactly where we are....but it seems many SMU fans don't. I say lets accept reality and be the best 22,000 seat experience in college football. Attend an Allen football game...a small stadium packed to the gills can be a great experience.

Bring the boulevard to the stadium....sell spots up above the south end zone. One problem....where to put the bounce house?

There would never be anyone in a stadium seat.

It might bring inside those who otherwise would never have entered the stadium.

But all they would do is stand at their spot and party. When you enter the stadium you should at least pretend to be interested in what is going on on the field.

I like the idea of an eatery in the north end zone.
