Memphis game biggest since?

Agree that UTEP usually brought good numbers to Ford. Would like to see them get competitive again. They would be a good replacement for our FBS games on future schedules, better attendance.

I think it was louder When Texas Tech, Texas A&M and Oklahoma State came into town.

The Tulane game in 2009, clinching a bowl birth and winning season, was pretty big......but, not on the scale of this Friday.

ESPN says 20,335 were in attendance for that game.

In my nightmares - There is a WR from Ok State that is still scoring TDs on us.
And the "Raider ... Power" Chants were pretty loud - as I recall.

That would be NCAA single game TD record holder (7) Rashaun Woods.

That was 1 of 2 home football games I've missed in Ford. It was for a wedding in McKinney or Frisco or something. I was going to leave reception and race back to see 2nd half, until I checked the score and ended up staying. They're divorced.
The other one was 9 days after my first was born -- it was the one time I went to the Boulevard but didn't go into the game. Both momma and baby were at the game the next week though. So when I say my kids have been going to SMU games since they were infants, I mean it.

No complaints here. I thought "go for it," they did. I thought "gotta know kick here to make sure and get points on the board," they did. Well planned game so far. Execution? Another story, but not terrible. We need to seize control of this game soon though.
