Don't forget it wasn't long ago that USF was a power 5 ranked in the top 5 .It was similar to what SMU is compared to TCU .
They have fallen and have never Picked up all of the pieces.

A lot of states have that issue. Why was a school in San Marcos called Southwest Texas State? UTEP should have had that name.
Though I guess USF and FGCU could switch names to be more geographically correct.
