Whose job was it to call TO???? Whoever it was he failed miserably! Inexcusable!

Dykes needed to do that after 3 seconds. Shane was supposed to, but Dykes needed to coach there.

Absolutely horrendous clock management and I blame coaching staff primarily but also Shane. Knowing you have 2 TOs and enough time to run 3 or maybe even 4 plays, I would have faked spiking the ball to stop the clock and taken a shot at the end zone. Then you have plenty of time to take at least 2 more shots AND the luxury of 2 TOs to discuss. Can't believe our guys aren't better prepared for that situation. Very disappointing. Hope it doesn't cost them this game.

Now...after that rant...I have to give our guys credit for fighting their way back into this game because it could have gotten away from them early tonight.

Why do we always looks so JV on prime time? We are not being dominated, we look poorly prepared.

A stunning lapse of judgment at a critical time.

This must be what they mean by a coach "relating to his players." They had some real brain farts in the first half so he decided to match them.

I get that this is college football and these guys don't have as many hours as the professionals do to prepare for every imaginable scenario but that late game (or half in this case) scenario is one I would darn sure prepare for if it was my job. As JJ would say "it was the fog of war". Hind sight is 20-20 but I found myself yelling at the TV as our guys were lining up with the clock stopped after making the 1st down

That lapse was unacceptable. I hope we either win or get blown out. If we lose by 4 points or less I won't sleep.

Either will our coaching staff and too many of our players!

I'm starting to question the OC. I'm feeling we bought a last name and not a good coordinator.

Play calling to me is questionable.
