Bryson't 2 under front nine has him at 5 under and 9 shots off the lead. Going to need a really strong back nine to get back into this week's tourney.

Looks like Bryson’s chance to win the FedEx cup is fading. But that does not take the shine off of a great year. Next year he wins a major.

He's such a "cerebral" guy I just hope he can finish well so this "off week" doesn't get into his head going into Ryder Cup competition

Off to a better start in 3rd round. He's at 3 under thru 7 after eagle at 6.

Bryson's 4 under round is the best of the day except for Tiger's 5 under. Several guys still on the course but with another good round tomorrow, Bryson could still finish strong.

Looks like Bryson will get $2,000,000 for 3rd in the FedEx Cup plus whatever he gets in tournament dollars. He made a good run today but faded late.

I hope he can rein in his temper for the Ryder Cup. Never seen him act like he did this week before.

I may have spoken too soon. Bryson is still in the running for 2nd in the FedEx Cup for $3,000,000.

Disappointed that Tiger was paired with Patrick Reed instead of with Bryson in the morning fourball matches...and of course that duo loses the only match of the morning. Bryson paired with Mickelson in afternoon alternating shot...presumably because of each guy's creativity on the course?

After noon session a total disaster. Bryson and Mickelson appeared to have zero connectivity from the beginning. Together they could not have played worse golf. After seven holes they were down five and
neither could make a shot to save the other. They could not even make an occasional par. Bryson looked very nervous and Phil was totally zoned out. Worst pairing ever; Bryson should have been with Tiger; but even this might not have been a contest as the Europeans were really making shots and particularly putts. US team really needs to rebound tomorrow as the afternoon session today was a European blow out 4-0 in the one ball after trailing 3-1 in the morning 4 ball session.

And we won't see a Tiger/Bryson team in this Ryder Cup

Pretty disappointing 1st Ryder Cup for Bryson. Just hope he maintains his strong play going forward and becomes a fixture on the team

And so the 2019 season is underway with only Kelly playing the Safeway Open in Napa, CA. He missed the cut by one shot. Haven't heard anything about Colt's health coming into the new season but Bryson appears to be taking some much needed R&R

Only Kelly playing the CIMB in Kuala Lumpur this week and looks like another tough week for him. One shot oout of last place after round one.
