Houston home games have not been well attended in the past few years but this year, while their arena is being redone, is really sad.

She is overrated, but I would have thought she could do much better than that!

looks about the same as usual-its just down the street from the UH campus at Texas Southern-not much excuse

Seriously? If so I agree 100%.

I have it on good authority she actually used the gig to slip out during warmup and perform a little Santeria ceremony on Gary Patterson. Don’t be too [deleted] her.

Houston playing in Texas Southern's arena this season while Hoheinz is being renovated to become the new Fertitta Center. I see Tex Southern's place holds about 8,000 so slightly less than what the downsized Hofheinz held and which the Cougars rarely filled (sound familiar?) Can't find anything about the new arena's capacity but if they are smart, Houston will do what SMU did with Moody, i.e., downsize but add luxury seating. Not sure what they have planned for students but they have potential to have a lot more student demand than SMU does, so I'm sure that will become a controversial issue (how to balance wealthy donors' demands vs student seating for game day atmosphere)
