another late season ghost-town versus Memphis...

I see 6k attending that game.

I have been to almost every home game since '01... I am not attending another game as long as BLM is starting under center. I predict 4-5K tops for the Memphis game and most will be Memphis fans just like in Moody.

Memphis (State) did have a big turnout at the bball game last year. Kinda surprised me.

#1 teams tend to do that

Mrs. Or-see-nee is encouraging me to drink heavily during halftime so that I can make it through the second half.

And do some chores.

Not that I study other school's alumni bases, but I was surprised that there were so many what-appeared-to-be Memphis alumni in the area. Maybe they were just fans.

And they were pretty rude in the parking garage.

The SINGLE greatest play in the history of SMU athletics

thats good cuz SMU athetics is history. smu was willing to close its eyes and hope it could buy a 2 million miracle, but smu is proving it has done nothing to build a real football program. there is no way you can be this bad.

But we knew that. Give him 4-5 years. I personally believe the system is in place to turn it around. Just show a little patience. The only thing that surprised me this year is starting so many freshman-as soon as that decision-or maybe realization that was necessary-we should have expected this.

So long as the big boosters are willing to fund him, I say let's give him time.

And it did not cost you a penny and you have already said you are not going to another game in the next 3 years so just do not worry about it.

Stallion wrote:the great Paul Johnson Wishbone today got 146 Total yards. 95 yards rushing and 9 First Downs. This same type of scenario has gone on game after game. I still think the offensive genuis of Paul Johnson vaunted wishbone at a BCS level conference is in question. Congratulations to the Defensive Coordinator which was never the issue debated. I have no idea how you win with 146 yards Total Offense-he must be an offensive genuis.

To be fair, Those are the 1st half stats. GT 14 UVa 10 at half. GT only had 24 offensive plays--UVA controlled the ball much of the half
