He's probably in the locker room now rallying the team: "Hawai'i or bust! Hawai'i or bust!"
LOL.. needed a good laugh, thanks

Rice has 240 yards to our 143.
The Great Lei has them right where he wants them!

I expected 5-7 or 6-6 this year. But the wins were against Tulane and Rice. The weakness at o-line was expected, but the WR play has been awful. Those four drops are killers. They killed drives. I understand players play differently on the road, but, come one, the crowds at both of these games are what, 2K? The secondary I understand because we have 2 starters out with injury, one frosh out with injury, and the other young players just aren't ready.
I have always said that you stand by June this season and wait for the first season of the Big East, but I think there are just too many people too upset. And I can't even stand up for Tulane and Rice. I would not be surprised to see June out after this season, but we have to be careful of who we bring in, it has to be a big name, or it won't work.
We don't see the basic fundamental issues (other than the dropped passes) that we saw under Bennet and Cavan, and in bball under Doh. Under previous staffs, we had defensive ends running free all the time just murdering our QB with blown assignments, and we left CBs marked man to man against the best WR in the counrty so we could give up 7 TDs and set a record.
But the bottom line is that you can't lose to Tulane and Rice in the same season. Keep in mind though, that June helped recruit Brown, so Brown may lobby to keep June an extra season...
