UNLV defeats San Diego State in San Diego. If only we managed to beat the terrible teams in this conference when we play on the road weΓÇÖd be good to go. So disappointing.

On any given day it's difficult to determine which are the good teams and which are the terrible teams as the teams at the bottom of the standings have all managed to beat the teams near the top of this conference. Pretty fine line between the good and bad teams in this league as there are no really strong teams. ESPN announcers keep touting the AAC as a multiple bid league but it's looking more and more like Houston is the only team in this league with any hope of an at large bid and they still have opportunities to destroy that hope.

Anybody notice that it looks like Mick has things going much better at UCLA these days? Five in a row and 7 of the last 8 in the conference. They are tied for second a game back.

It took both his new team and his old team some time to get their legs under them and used to a new coaching style and new system.
