Unless Vodicka agrees to move out, they will have to evict him. Everything we know about Vodicka says he will fight the eviction, but that doesn't take that long to accomplish. I dunno, maybe a month? He is really better off just moving out, but he has gone this far, he might keep fighting.

Vodicka really had a chance to make some money off this deal, but he missed his chance. He mistakenly thought he could keep the trial indefinitely and SMU would eventually cave. He got greedy. He should have taken the last offer at mediation.

I guess we shouldn't expect to see him on 'Deal or No Deal'. He'd probably leave with a penny.

I wonder how big a donation it would take to have a toilet named after someone in the library.

I'm guessing Bush has a few other people in mind for the honorary toilet.

I think my brain up and left, that is the umpteenth time I've done something like that today.

Vodicka filed a Motion to Reconsider and filed his brief. There is a hearing on 1/3/07. The odds of a different result at this hearing are slim. More interesting to me is that Vodicka filed the Motion and brief himself. Nearly everything else in the federal court has been done by Tafel, through the Friedman law firm. One possibility is Tafel and Friedman are not too excited about pursuing this further, while Vodicka is. The other is that Tafel wants to focus on the appeal.

Interesting that the plaintiffs were taking pictures too.

They need photos for the book that they're going to write about the whole affair.

Naw, he is going to either give it to the press to be aired publicly in the most pejorative way possible, or he is going to use it during the appeal to suggest that SMU did something else wrong.

What a rube.

For those that care, I think I urinated on his place on the 24th. For a drunk, it took alot of effort to find his unit.
