LB: "I get to go to Brazil now...
This said as he exited the post-game press conference. Perhaps with this win some sort of contract bonus kicks in? Deserved, if so.

LSU is a distant second favorite to my Mustangs, but it was embarrassing to read the tripe spewed by some of their so-called fans about their coach and individual players. It eclipses the nastiness of our football board.
Glad to see some of their fans get it (the ones that seem to be regulars at least).
I was pretty shocked how nice most LSU fans were tonight. Was expecting way worse.
Can't wait until Wednesday! Pony Up!

Did you have to explain that SMU isn't Southern Miss? It's truly sad how often I have to explain that distinction in Birmingham.

I think because we've been on ESPN so much, and got tons of love after the snub, they know us well. Plus, they all want caps with the Peruna logo, which I will gladly take to them!

My little group was rockin'. It was so much fun.
I truly believed SMU would play so much better in the 2nd half and pull away.

Our Mustangs looked really good on offense tonight. Spaced the floor really well. Did not force anything. Played well within the offense on most possessions. Everyone was very unselfish. Played under control. Lots of assists. Noticed we had 5 players in double figures. Impressive. Tonight was a far cry from SMU vs UH in the AAC Tournament. Great job LB!

It's not football season and we're not at Death Valley. Wear SMU gear to a game vs. them @ DV at night and it's a whole different story. They will take you to Carcosa at the end of the night to be with the Yellow King
