The writ of executions erved. I think Vodicka is now out, but not totally sure.
Vodicka asked the Court of Appeals to stay everything because the District Court refused to. The Court of Appeals said "No thanks." I guess Vodicka could ask the US Supreme Court.

Rumor is Vodicka used to date Ruth Bader Ginsberg. We could be in for trouble.

I thought I saw an egret in the tree outside Vodicka's front door.

That is OK, take the condo and leave the tree. Now if there was an migratory bird nest on the roof, they might have to wait until late Spring to tear it down. That is doubtful though, as birds are too smart to nest anywhere near Vodicka.

Oh, they've been rollin'. It won't take long now. For a while, we'll be able to see Mockingbird Station from Dedman Center.

I saw in the paper other day that he was served with an eviction notice by a U.S. Marshall. He had 3 days to move out.
