I had exactly the same problem. After many contacts one of their reps said they would extend my sub. When I tried to sign on again I had the same problem and contacted another rep who said the first rep was incorrect and that my sub had expired. Never again. Those people are crooks and don't know the words customer service. good luck .

Look on the bright side... I think this is one of two games this year that won't be on television.

Unbelievably I got All Access to work. I have sent some angry emails before and actually, if you can find the phone number I had success by calling. Glad to see the Mustangs on a roll.
