Well, Lunardi's bracket now is much easier for SMU than it was the previous day when we were a 10 seed in the South.

And, if we make it too Regionals, hello Memphis! :D

Lunardi's latest bracket has us as an 11 seed playing Kentucky in Raleigh. A win would set up a rematch with UVA...

After watching both teams live yesterday, I can assure you that UK will not beat UK today (I am headed down there today too).

UK is long and athletic EVERYWHERE, but they run literally zero offensive sets. If the first option on the post is denied, their o devolves into one on one hero ball with one of the Harrison twins driving or Randle putting his head down and driving like a mack truck. They also don't shoot the ball from 3 well outside of James Young.

If we do play them, we need to pack the paint and force the Harrison twins to hit mid-range shots / 3s.

Selfishly, I hope we play in Raleigh, so that I can drive (save $$ on a plane flight)

Every UK game I watched this year until this weekend was just 5 guys playing as athletic individuals. They actual began to look like a team in the past 2 days. If they continue that way they will be a difficult team to beat.
