One of my favorite business classes when I was there was a Real Estate class taught by some local mogul whose name I have forgotten at this time. Only problem was he was not able to be there as often as one would want because he was out making money. Good real world stuff though. Had an Insurance class that I seem to recall was taught be a local Insurance Attorney I think but I could be wrong on that.
