Definitely closed the playbook after the first half. Do not know why. I gave not seen any defensive adjustments that have taken away what we were doing.

Maybe Davis isn't the qb we need ALL the time. Maybe we should give Colbert a shot. Davis not throwing the ball away...makes me sick.

This whole team today looks like the "not the [insert any position] we want"..

when you are dominated at the line of scrimmage, you are generally in for a long day

So, if we score more points in every game this year than last, but give up more points...well, there you go. For all the praise we give the offense for accepting the players they have and adapting...doesn't look like the defense is doing that.

the way we are playing maybe the entire uniform should have been pink.

On a positive note, did you know Russia has 98 octane gasoline? Ponies could use some.

at least we've been competitive into the 3rd quarter in our losses. baby steps and a couple more recruiting classes. let's just hope we can hold onto Chad, because we are going to need his energy

I'll slow it down...and I know we have changed the defense we run.

As we get into the conference schedule and play against teams who we play yearly, might be interesting to look at point difference and totals. Last season we lost to ECU 24-45 @ ECU. This season we are going to lose by more, against a lower ranked team, at home. First conference game. Just a point to look at.

Bad beat down. Every position exposed. O and D lines over matched. Line backers again invisible. Lack of offense killing the defense. This is pretty much the team I expected at the beginning of the year. We are clearly 3 years away from having the depth, strength, speed, experience and talent to be consistent and start winning. Good news is that all these frosh and red shirts are doing reasonably well and it will pay off in the future.

They need to withstand higher compression without knocking?

I agree. What does Davis not understand about throwing the ball away when he is outside the tackle box and has no play??

I think the clock in Davis' head isn't digital...it's a sundial. He just sits back there looking around. Gotta prevent negative plays with his legs.
