What happened to all the 3-6 win predictions just a few weeks back?
Isn't it the coaches job to motivate his team?
Isn't it a good coaches job to take a bad team and at least show slow and steady improvement?
Better get back in that golf cart and start giving rides again, before he really sees what he got himself into with the empty stadium from here on out.

That's a good question but given that he knew that taking this job was practically like building a team from scratch he must be devoted to making Dallas home for the minimum 3-4 years it will take to be respectable.

Your observation is right on. They continually take themselves out of most running plays and open up runs on passing plays.
