He still frustrates me but he pulled us through last night.

This offense is going to frighten everyone once McMurray joins and guys like Douglas have the light come on, so to speak.

I kind of wish Douglas had taken that shot from 18 feet after the great ball movement and the great head fake got his man in the air. Instead, Homeless Man's Shake Milton got off a mediocre shot and missed.
I agree on Douglas guarding Ayton. I definitely had a double take.

I agree Douglas should have pulled the trigger on the three and on the pull up after he shot faked. Both were better looks than Shake’s. Shake did get an ok look but just couldn’t make on that day. Douglas just needs his confidence to click, because I think he is likely the best pure shooter of the freshmen.
It's coming... you can see it.

Let’s finish this strong with a win tonight. Leaving Atlantis at 2-1 with a win over #2 in the country would be a huge success. #PonyUp

Agree on all fronts.

I really like the way that Landrum plays defense. He is really intense out there.

Someone may have posted but one of the refs was the guy that called the goaltending against us against UCLA in the tournament.

Fully expected to get jobbed some how.

The defense was intense. Foster did a great job on defense fronting Ayton.

We missed so many close shots in both games - makes watching very stressful.

6:00 CST TIP-SMU v WKU (ESPN3)

Villanova 64
UNI 50

Final

It was only a 3 point game at Half. Poor UNI had to play 3 games in about 36 hours-games kept getting earlier every day too-that's pretty tough

Hah. Was just about to post how nice it is to play a team that can’t shoot threes.... but they hit a three.

But WKU is definitely a go inside offense.
