"The transit strike means service cuts!
I rode my bike and froze my nuts!..."
Sorry, that's terrible...
I hate the MTA as much as the next guy. But I have no sympathy for the TWU whatsover. These clowns want to set their retirement age at FIFTY FIVE? Full benefits??? Must be nice for a high school graduate.
Someone needs be honest and tell these people that the only reason they have a job is because it would be too expensive to train chimps to do it. Actually, a chimp would probably do a better job. Businesses are being destroyed and people are dying in ambulances because of these slow, perennially incompetent, unmotivated buffoons.
Plus, they made me freeze my nuts on my bike. Did I mention that?

Raplh - went to North Park and saw your naughty Uggs. Also anyone driving around Preton Hollow look for a TCU-SMU dvd as my relative did not like it and chunked it out the front door.

25 inches and still coming down strong. Glad it's Sunday. Took my 8-pound, short haired dog out for a crap this morning. Let's just say she's not talking to me anymore.

We had a light dusting in Little Rock Friday. Bet we closed more things down than NYC will. Good luck to all NYorkers including Dogelstang.

please tell me that you picked up after her...
my biggest blizzard pet peeve is when folks don't clean up after thier dogs because the snow covers it so quickly
then, wehn the snow melts, there is dog crap everywhere
or even worse - you step in it bc you can't see it lurking below the snow

You're singing my tune, raplh. No, I mean literally -- I wrote a song about this particular quality-of-life issue:

So you're preaching to the mormon tabernacle my friend. And needless to say I always pick up after my dog (and sometimes other peoples dogs).

KS, raplh is the manager of the PapayaKing on the upper east side, let your dog do her business there.

I do not know. I think they are probably the worst thing you can put in your body. And yet I cannot stay away. Have you tried that Slaw Dog (cole slaw and sweet pickle)? If not, do. It is the deal. It is rumored to be tastier than filet mignon.

Mrs. KS just returned from the C-TOWN supermarket at 89th & 1st and told me there was a guy 2-3 people in front of her in the checkout line, wearing what appeared to be a brand-spankin-new SMU hat.
Raplh?
