As far as the kegs go, I based my statement on the fact that last year the boulevard litearature specifically stated kegs were not allowed. This year the litearature makes no mention of kegs. I just figured someone at SMU got their heads out of the dark hole and realized that kegs were something to encourage. Kinda like how they now officially allow propane on the boulevard.
