Then that puts you at the top of the totem pole, IMO, sweetlady. Bear Bryant used to ask his players when was the last time they called their mama...a good lesson to teach.
Sweetlady, what is your take on bigdaddy's (can't believe I just constructed a sentence w/ sweetlady and bigdaddy without using a CB) assertion that many players want out?

LOL BREAKER 19...I am not sure about the players wanting out..the ones I have talked to are waiting to meet the new HC....I think the ones tht want to play will hang in there and I think the ones tht do not take fighting well will leave. I do think tht some of the boys will leave but who wants to be on the sideline again for another year unless you are a redshirt you will lose playing time....hmmmm I know who wont be leaving and that is MY SON....

i think sweetlady has it right..there is so much bickering and in-fighting going on (even w/in this message board)....for no reason.
why don't we all just take a deep breath, wait to see who are new HC is? We all may be pleasantly shocked at who we can bring in...
and i think we should have the moderator change bigdaddy's name to CHICKEN LITTLE...every post he writes has the sky falling on SMU!!!

Hey no problem... I am a lady not a punk....I can pass a good punch myself if you were to ask my son...I can still kick his butt....lol No biggie...but let's not get mad at each other let's try to work together as a team united we stand and divided we fall...the boys need to know tht. You know how many years some of us have said the same thing you are saying, "take a deep breath, wait and see who they bring in". We have been shocked, we continue to loose pony. Get with the real issues or stop posting, get a job, something?

fyi, i have 2 degrees from smu (undergrad 99, law 03) and have a job. and i can spell.
i live in acc country now and i love being able to attend unc, clemson, wake, and duke games (well, no football at duke!), but the ponies will always be my team.
you are talking so much [deleted] about the team, the university, and someone needs to put you in your place...which from the way you think and spell i can only assume is a prison or a janitor's closet.
