Thoughts: Chan Gailey?

One of the top coaches mentioned, yet SMU apparently told him no......Maybe Stallion is right in that the leftover wow coaches are slow walking SMU. Who is really left ? Fran ? not sure he wants to coach right now....Chan ? better than Bennett but otherwise a weak choice. Glen Mason ? okay choice but not much wow..... Terry Bowden ? Excellent choice but grapevine says Orsini said out of coaching too long. Gregg Davis ? Might as well bring back Bennett......

I hope we don't spend $1.5 million for Chan Gailey. If we hire him, it ought to be in the six figure range.
