hopefully that will be 2 golds when this chinese age scandal finally hits the fan
i hate to tell yeah that it wont hit the fan. Its not an issue because their passports say 16...and the govt. gave them the passports. I highly doubt a govt. working official whistleblows without dying.
it wont be from them

Damn the Commies!

BEIJING (AP)â€"China’s He Kexin won a tiebreaker over all-around champion Nastia Liukin of the United States for the uneven bars gold medal Monday at the Beijing Olympics.

Both scored 16.725, but He got the nod because her execution marks were closer to a perfect 10 than Liukin’s.

Liukin would not criticize the scoring system that does not award dual gold medals.

“It’s nothing I can control, and honestly, I can say it has been very fair to me, and I got the biggest gold medal of them all,â€

Uh, oh...she starts rehearsals Sept. 1 for a cross country gymnastics tour that is expected to be in Dallas around Oct. 11th or so...does that mean she'll be at SMU or not? Hmmm..... :?

Wow...Carly Patterson just stole the spotlight from Nastia at the news conference. Bad form.

I kind of figured that she might not attend SMU this semester just like last spring once they announced a tour. Just as long as she keeps her ties to SMU by coming here once she takes a break with gymnastics is fine with me.

looks like the IOC got enough pressure from someone to actually investigate this
