I will tell you that Dallas needs to immediately ban smoking in indoor public places, I have been down the last 2 weekends and I come back smelling and feeling like [deleted] whenever I go out...

Not the wild west anymore, clean it up a bit...

that ban is in place. only places such as bars, that do not serve food allow smoking in their business'

Funny how you can't smoke cigarettes in Austin anymore but you can carry up to an ounce of pot and only get a ticket

They do here in Austin also smoking within 15 feet of the doorway.
