I know many of the players and I get the same reaction every time this subject is brought up...the band needs to learn better material and the music played over the PA needs to be updated, and by updated they would like to have some say in what is played.
I would have to agree with both comments because if anyone has heard some of the things played at the games, whether it was the better then the game itself, it is not much to get pumped up about during a football game. As far as the PA music goes, if the players are the ones on the field trying to get a series of great defense going and they hear something that is out of sync with the intensity, it could be somewhat of a distraction. Along with the offense having to hear "dont stop believing"...the fact of the matter is there needs to be a change in people making these decisions.

Im wondering about the mix that starts out with "We some head Bustas". Nuck if you buck was good but the song from the year before was great.
The intro with the instrumental music and then head busta...wow Does anyone know who actually put that mix together?
Maybe someone who knows a player from the year?

That mix was put together by Mike Maples, the former video director. Not sure if he still has a copy of it, but he's now over at TCU.
