I have my 2 and am bringing 2 friends from SFA to both the tailgate and the game. I think the OU-BYU game is gonna cut into potential attendance somewhat, though.

When was the last time since the Death Penalty, that we sold out a home game that wasn't against Texas Tech or Kansas?

Better yet, how about a filled stadium not playing Tech or Kansas

Biggest crowds other than Tech or KU I remember:

31k TCU last year
27k Baylor a coupla years ago
22k TCU the year we beat them

And that's it.

I was at that game at the Cotton Bowl. Attendance looked like a JV game. We won though!

Liberty University lies about their attendance regularly, they all seem pretty sure they're going to heaven anyway, I don't see why we can't do the same thing

so devastated was CSUN by actually being routed by SMU, their football program drifted off into oblivion.

Rice in about 1976 had 6,000 or so which was the year before Russ Potts came in-he promoted "6,000-60,000" the next time Rice played in Dallas. That Fresno St. game on national TV on a Thursday at about 6:30 couldn't have more than 5,000 people in actual attendance.

not to mention the Hawaii game. There's a pic of the "crowd" floating around here someone.

That was a great game kickoff at like 10AM. Should have beat them too, tell we got stuffed 4 times inside the 3 in OT, that sounds familiar.

Wasn't that Fresno game down at the Cotton Bowl? There might not have even been 3,000 at that game.
