Why listen to that trash?
SMU's season song should be "Not as Good as I Once Was" Toby Keith

All they have is country music stations over there. He thinks M&M is a candy. Speaking of which did anyone catch the MTV awards when Sasha Baron Cohen did his cherub bit and landed with his doodads in M&M's face. Afterward, Dennis Miller remarked, some people like their M&M's plain and sometimes they like them with nuts.;

The sideways baseball cap, hand signage, and monster chain are very original.
I could juke to the Jeezy but only too Threezy

And that would be extremely tolerable to borderline noise.
I'm old school Mowtown from Detroit, but this is a combo of real music, rap, and a story.

When you consider the totality of his oeuvre, this is in fact the funniest thing he's said in his short (yet already so very long) time here.

I do wonder how the Knuckleheads are taking this news.
Not crazy about rap myself, but I also love the idea.

Or they could listen to " Yesterday" by the Beatles
One quote I'd like to single out. - " Suddenly, June Isnt half the man he use to be....."
Or here is another " If your gonna be dumb, you gotta be tough" by Roger Allan Wade.

its not about you...its about the players getting amped up enough to have some fun and win some games

Sick of watching the players dance around on the sideline before kick offs. So pathetic. They look like Jr. High pubescents and not hardass "ballers". They spend more energy dancing and screaming at each other than whipping some tail on the field. It seriously looks at times like they would rather dance than play because they get so excited when the rap turns on before kickoff. This music is a horrible idea. I actually like rap music, but it doesn't fit right at a college football game and especially at traditional & conservative SMU. I have always felt it to be so awkward, uncomfortable, and out of place when they have played rap in the past at Ford. The fans look so confused or upset. Do the fans want the rap music? They are the ones who should be catered to. You need to get the fans involved, fired up, and loud. I doubt Young Jeezy will have this effect. Cash money hoes! Seriously? Do Florida, Texas, LSU, OU, OSU, TCU and other top programs play this rap at games? I doubt it, and players want to go there and play right? Because the fans are loud and involved. Virginia-Tech playing Enter Sandman before kickoffs gets pretty hype. Those fans go nuts which in turn pumps up the players.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5h1EW5z1wdcSMU does need some better traditional band songs too. Ours are a little too soft for my taste. And our band needs to change their unis. I feel bad for those guys when I see them. So painful.
