Found the overall numbers in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Kaiser
57-107-2 1,058 14TD -- 53.2 completion percentage. Wasn't he below 50 percent for most of the year? Anyway, just thought I would share it. 2 picks in 107 passes is pretty impressive. Averages a TD pass every 4th completion.

Average passing attempt is 9.9 yards
Average completion is 18.2 yards

updated boxscore for Kaiser last week-he was 5 for 11 78 yards and 3 TDs of 7, 10 and 22. For the season he is 65 for 123 (52.8%) 1218 yards 19 TDs and 2 Ints. Best stat is that he throws a TD every 6- 7 times he throws the ball and a little over every 3-4 times he completes a pass.

Stephen Kaiser had a great game last nite and they let him pass a little for once-here's a game report that pretty well covers his stats:

DeSmet 52, Howell 0 - In a clash of Post-Dispatch top-10 squads, it was all Spartans.

Steve Kaiser, who started as a freshman at Howell before transferring, completed 13 of 18 passes for 241 yards and four touchdowns to lead third-ranked DeSmet (10-0) to the Class 6, District 5 title. No. 8 Howell is 8-2 and also will advance as district runner-up.

Kaiser threw a pair of scoring strikes to Durron Neal and one each to Teddy Corwin and Stephen Pace. Pace also returned an interception 16 yards for the game's final score.

I hope they iced down his throwing arm after that performance.
