I don't get it. He hustles but accomplishes nada.

post game gave him credit for his defense. i couldn't tell watching channelsurfing. it was like watching a flip book.

usf had 0 pts and 4 rebs from the bench on the road and still won...wasn't impressed with either team

7 assists in a lineup where 3 guards get 24 plus minutes ?

Harp again statistically irrelevant in 24 minutes. Replace him for those 24 mins and you get addition by subtraction. His team leading TO's could have been the difference in the game.

I like Otis effort but could say the same thing abt him again. Sitt'em both.

Clinkscales went 2-2 from 3pt land and had a steal in just 7 mins. I say start him.

I'm guessing Harp plays b/c we need some defense, and a kid who isn't looking for his shot every touch. Will was great all night. Kid can get to the hole whenever he wants. Same w/McCoy, although he shot poorly, and was generally off. Faye is up and down. Dia can't handle a kid like Gus Gilchrist, so I'm not gauging him off of tonight. Just b/c he was a highly rated recruit for us, doesn't make him Gus Gilchrist. I've seen a ton of Gus, and he's an NBA kid , if he can shed some baggage.

Clinkscales can obviously shoot. Luttman was serviceable, got some boards, brought some lumber. Far more effective then Otis, who just doesn't have the height to deal w/Gus & Famous. We have a few really good players who tend to dominate the ball w/the dribble. They score and get to the hole, but team play suffers. Not a ton of other guys involved.

I actually thought we looked pretty good athletically, and got good looks on O. Showed some patience, set some solid high picks, and let McCoy/Will go to work. For better or worse this year, we go as far as those two take us. We'll win our share, but USF's strengths play to our weaknesses.

Just returned from the game. If this is a 'different team' and a 'different attitude' than last year's then I didn't see it. OMG! Hit the FTs!!!!! That was the difference in this game.

Monday night will seem like a aTm home game because you know the Aggie$ will show up en masse.

This is the same team that we have watched for the past two years. Competitive in the first half and respectable for the first 10 minutes of the second half, and then the breakdown occurs. Something is going on. Is it attitude? I don't know. Is it conditioning? I don't know. Is it Doh refusing to adjust tactically? I don't know.
