These are absolutely amazing. The scarves are one of the best reasons for being a soccer fan If I weren't a student I'd absolutely sign up for the club just for the scarf (and tickets ).
We started a $30.00 Membership intended for students who get free tickets but want to have a scarf, hang out at our tent on the Boulevard and participate in everything else Red and Blue Army. In fact, it would really great to have a sizable student membership because we can coordinate back-and-forth chants across the field.
You can join through PayPal on our Blog. I played and am a huge soccer fan and I've always admired the atmosphere that El Battillion (Houston Dynamo) and Inferno (FC Dallas) single-handedly brought to the game. Sitting next to those sections is so freaking awesome because those guys are the best fans. I want to bring a little of that experience to Ford and frankly it could use a little jolt. I'm glad you responded, this is some great stuff you're doing. I'm definitely interested, and will try to get some of my grad friends into this as well. Unfortunately I'm the only sports fanatic in the group, but I may be able to coerce a few to give this a shot. I started following the blog and twitter account as well. I'll be emailing you for sure.
