While I agreed with what he said PUBLICLY, do you honestly believe he's going to go on DFW radio and tell everyone what his recruiting philosophy really is? C'mon you're smarter than that. You've heard other coaches say something similar to that.

Again, I don't know for sure that these offers AREN'T authorized by JJ but no one ever gives any specific proof or even any specific heresay. I think a lot of this talk arose because people were guessing that's what's happening & it became accepted. Please PM me if you have something specific you don't want to share.

The Reinebold lawsuit has nothing to do with this discussion: "A high school football player is suing the University of Hawai'i for allegedly revoking his scholarship offer AFTER coach June Jones' resignation." Reinebold and staff offer the kid a scholarship and McMackin (the new coach), doesn't want to honor it. It doesn't mean JJ didn't approve of the offer.

It was a reputation built on specific multiple examples that I have read on both Hawaii and SMU recruiting and football boards-some even before that Hawaii recruit sued reinbold and Hawaii. You look it up. I'm not your damn copy boy. You don't want to believe it then don't. June Jones runs a loose recruiting ship. Deal with it.

That doesn't say he didn't authorize, just that JJ didn't give WRITTEN authorization. I get verbal authorizations from my boss all the time. JJ might run a loose recruiting ship and he might empower his guys to work autonomously, we don't know. You're guessing that he does.

What was a unpaid graduate assistant (Reinebold) doing making offers in the first place?

Isn't that what Klemm was until recently? Do not know the time line on giving out offers but he was originally a unpaid assistant.
