I was just on campus and the skyline around the stadium looked noticeably different with the tall new lights. They were shining bright in the overcast rainy sky. Hopefully park cities residents don't complain. I don't remember what it used to look like (as of a few days ago), but from the view on top of the parking garage, the new ones don't look taller than wescott lights, just bigger and brighter.

looks like they're testing them now. i can see them from preston center

drove by & looked like they were prepping to remove the old ones.
four banks atop the pressbox..three of which are installed, the framing for the fourth they were working on

Did they also add a small bank of lights above/on top of the old ones? That would explain June saying the old ones were to low. So will they remove the old, lower ones or just not turn them on, or maybe reposition their direction?
