the better question is has anybody checked with the Catholic BB schools who kind of have their eyes set on Temple(but might get blocked by Villanova)

If BYU is willing that has to be a better choice, especially to the far west teams. They are probably meeting at an airport right now.

ECU would probably still get skipped at 14, maybe Army and someone else, probably anyone else but ECU

What happened to all the BYU wants to be independent talk? Were they just saying that because they were not in a BCS conf?

Army would be involved now if they wanted to be. It's ECU and/or Temple if BYU or Boise doesn't want in.

WVU trade for BYU is a winner for TV contract purposes. Anyone remember all the hoopla over Jimmer last year? WVU is followed by the State of WV. BYU is followed by every Mormon in America. There's about 13 Million right now. That's 13 Million TV sets and they travel well. A game with BYU is a guaranteed sell-out. The last time WVU came to Dallas to play SMU, it was a pretty empty stadium.
