I know I was at A&M. It just seems weird that he gave up on KP so quickly. I mean I dont know Im sure you are right that he was physically ok, but I just feel like he hasnt and never will be fully recovered. Im hoping Im wrong, because I like to see another freshman year from him.

Padron's supposedly hurt from a weight lifting accident.
Seeing how I've heard that Jones goes with a winning QB, then maybe Padron's won more than 1
outta 4 of his last games, and our QB that made the turnover mistakes in red zone opportunities
to lose the Navy game should sit on the bench once Padron is healthy

Anywhoo i was joking about flag football, but i mean we need something other than McDermott. I mean I would take a one legged Padron anyday over this garbage.

Does anyone know if Padron is still with the team? I didn't see him on the sidelines -- even in street clothes.

Yes he is....Has a hurt back, coaches didnt want him standing on it for that long is what I have heard.

And Bartel was with the Cowboys for a bit. Great athlete. Was a minor league pitcher as well as an NFL QB.

Still injured, Im having a feeling with Gilbert coming in, he has removed himself from the team and is out looking for colleges to transfer too. I bet you anything he doesnt trust Jones for his last year, especially when everyone is going kookoo for gilbert

Gilbert is irrelevant as he will have to sit out a year. KP only has 1 left to play, but as of now, I am pretty sure he is still with the team. But SMU ALUMNI11 ....I agree with you, I wouldn't be surprised if he bails.

Did you miss that fact that Padron will not have any eligibility left by the time Gilbert is eligible?
I thought Garrett would be able to play next season, my bad on bad info. I thought remember reading 2012 GG will play, but I want Padron to play and earn his redemption as our true starter.
