Maybe we should have only installed 20k seats initially. Then the stadium would have looked full most of the time.

Yeah just take out the north end zone part, add suites on top. Where the general seats are remove that and make a bar and restaurant there. Leave the south end zone alone and it makes kid area in the south, adult zone in the north part.
