eh, even if that lead to his short leash against AtM, I'd be surprised if that was why he didn't get to start the next game.

That brings up several questions:
1.) Why play him a few series in 2 other games and then not again?
2.) Is Padron's injury real? Or did they make up a "weight lifting accident" to get him another year?
3.) Why do they fly to College Station? Can't be that much faster than a bus. Do they fly to TCU too?

you ever drive to austin? ever take a SWA? swa is faster in the seats even if overall travel time is the same w/ airport waits. 35min v. 3 hours in a seat. i know it messes with my back.

i could go back through the threads on this board, but even before KP got hurt (not questioning it, just stating fact) i started saying that i wouldn't be surprised if a medical waiver wasn't filed on him for this season (a la Keenum).
prove he's not hurt.

I'll help Jones pack and tell that [Gary Patterson] to take he and his fake personality and BS back to the islands.
We were here before that jerk showed up. We'll be here when he leaves.
Why would anyone be upset if he leaves. He made no attempt to be a part of the SMU community or at least put up a good front to demonstrate he really WANTED to be here.
All I can say is if that guy is upset because our support has been less than up to his expectations and he were to leave BECAUSE of that, then it would validate my theory that he came here to fatten his retirement account, try and squeeze out a couple of bowl games and then after that.....meh...what I do care? I'm going back to Hawaii where I can do no wrong.
He never has been dedicated to really really work and make something out this -- IMO

Agreed. Especially if McD was working out, which at the 30% of a season cutoff to get a waiver, it looked like he was.
