I want June to stay. For the record, I don't believe either will leave this year, and I don't believe this rumor.
Either way, I'll be in Birmingham, cheering for the Mustangs.

Consider your source. That not with standing, let AK call them up and see what happens. Jones didn't recruit ANY of them.

If all this is true and Turner brings us back to the pre-Orsini days, I'm not sure that I can handle it anymore. I know that others put up with horrible SMU for longer, but for my own sanity, I just can't do the Copeland routine again. I could never root for TCU. Maybe Baylor? Private, drivable, quality conference, and now trying to win. Everything SMU should be, except for we have dancing and recreational prescription drugs.

Truth: I had stopped really keeping tabs on SMU for the first time in a long, long time the first part of the year we went to the Hawaii Bowl. I was actually in Maui in Oct. and heard we beat Tulsa and were one game away (or some such) from being bowl eligible. I was "that close" to being one of the walking SMU dead. (I found my fall weekends were actually much more enjoyable.) But, then I got hooked again...
