UH co-offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury will join Kevin Sumlin's staff at Texas A&M tomorrow.

Kingsbury is a fantastic coach. That will be a big loss for UH.
Phillips will leave as well, hopefully he comes to SMU. When you are co-offensive coordinator, and a different assistant is promoted to OC ahead of you, you are going to move on.
You would expect Phillips to announce where he is going after Kingsbury's decision is announced. If he is the move, it will happen ASAP so that we can push forward with recruiting.

Sometimes these moves are done behind closed doors. For all we know Phillips to SMU is done but lips are sealed.
