If Carter had the SAT scores and high school grades to get a scholarship offer to SMU, he's probably smart enough to handle college. I assume he had as much fun as possible at TCU.

Can you provide the source that would rate Duke 112 & USC 263 while ND is 51.

Duke > USC > ND.

No way USC is 263.

OU has a ton of national merit scholars.
