I think a majority of the UT Coaching Staff are minorities so I doubt they are going to have a problem

They lost to Tech in OT and Iowa St, which were winnable games.
Not saying them being undefeated/1 loss is realistic anymore but finishing in the top half of their conference in most years is expected. They are at a point where high expections are ser by their coachin staff anf players. The conference championship will most often go through Norman and Austin and starting to also include Stillwater.
