Have you guys never heard jokes about Lawyers, Bankers, Stock Brokers, Real Estate investors,etc. Some of those went to SMU. This world needs a sense of humor.

It's funny thinking back that when I signed with SMU and was making plans to come to Dallas from North Little Rock, my linebacker coach, Ray Utley, sent me a letter welcoming me to the team and offering to help find me a job for the summer if I came early. He said "we can get you something like working at 7-11". Not having 7-11s in Arkansas I decided I could find something myself that would provide more than 4 hours of work a day so I told him not to bother on the job hunt. Ended up killing myself in a construction job in 100+ degrees dreaming of working in a 7-11.

I didn't do construction but I did work for minimum wage during school. What you did after is what I'm more concerned about :wink:
