My question is if Manziel is so charitable as to sign hundreds of autographs for free, why doesn't The Make A Wish Foundation or any other charity organization have hundreds up for auction? To resolve the matter and avoid further instances of impropriety, the NCAA should have him sign 5,000-10,000 pieces of memorabilia for mutually agreed upon charities. Manziel gets to do the charity he apparently likes to do, the NCAA looks good by facilitating this benevolence, a bunch of charitable organizations benefit, and he stays eligible.
