Point of this topic is that the Big 12 is about to implode under its own weight...or lack of weight due to the big 4 teams on the conference leaving..(Tech, UT, OU, OSU)

Could be a decade...could be next year. It all depends if the College Football Playoff system requires Big 12 to have a championship game, in which case they could decide to add 2 more teams and comply...or not add them and let the conference lose its berth and go for it at large...doubtful but could happen
The writing is on the wall in the Big 12, the other schools know it's the Titanic and they are making plans for the aftermath and not get left behind

meteors could crash to the earth and destroy the SEC. They have 8-9 more years on the GOR and the Playoff System is set
