I don't think you can argue with facts and data points with someone from u Cincinnati. It's something they probably don't comprehend.
I would root for all teams in the conference over cincy. Their fans and school suck.

The best part, and something SMU fans are unfortunately used to by now, is in the history of ESPN's Bracketology, we are the only team to ever have been a "lock" to not make the field...
Leave no doubt.

Sounds like you should submit your bracket to bracketmatrix, you are apparently one of the top 2.5% of bracketologists out there.

btw I have SMU as the 3rd 6 seed, Cincinnati as the 4th 8 seed and Temple in the First Four. Connecticut would be in the 12-13 seed range should they win tomorrow.

I'd rather base my bracket on someone that is not in the 2.5% percentile.

No reason to get nasty; some of us Mustangs attended UC as well.

Tulsa is out as they should be. I think temple sneaks in for 3 AAC bids unless UConn beats SMU tomorrow.

Lunardi has Cincy as a lock and Temple as one of the last 4 in.

The thing I don't discount for Tulsa is that 1) the NCAA does realize they screwed our conference last year. The AAC won more post season games than any other conference last year and won the national championship. That stuff sticks and will influence who is in/out.
Tulsa has bad losses out of conference, but the committee will also realize they had a new coach and completely different system that impacted the early season results. The top of the conference is very solid, and Tulsa did not have a bad loss in conference. That compares to SMU having two bad losses in conference play last season. Tulsa beating Houston (as opposed to us last year), followed by leading UConn for most of the game yesterday I think gets them in. Cincy and Temple are both getting in, and you can't let those two teams in the dance without letting Tulsa in with Tulsa finishing ahead of both in conference play.

SMU finished tied for third last season in a stronger AAC and it still wasn't enough. I don't think Tulsa gets in.

The Big 12 and Big East both have six teams ranked ahead of RPI #45 Tulsa. We get in SMU, Temple and Cincy. Tulsa lost three of its last four and doesn't make it in. Had they beaten UConn yesterday, they would've had a much stronger case.

Let's just hope we get at least 3 teams in and that we make some noise; AAC needs to earn respect because last year's national championship has been forgotten
