Not quite. The UCONN championship is looked on as just that...a UCONN championship. Just like Gonzaga or Wichita winning doesn't suddenly make their conferences great. No one is asking why people don't respect Boise State's football opponents more. AAC is new. Give it some time and success and we will develop that relationship with the power brokers and the media. It sucks....but that is why they are called growing pains. The door doesn't open unless you knock on it...and knock it down.
